FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
WHAT ARE THE RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES?
We accept returns within 7 days upon arrival. When you receive the product and found a defect, please contact us soonest possible. Please take a picture and provide description of the defect you find. The watch should not have a scratch, no links should be removed, leather band must not be cut and no parts must be replaced.
You may find loose parts which is possible due to shipping. But we are happy to have the watch return back to us and fix. Regardless, you may contact us on first hand fixing which you may be able to do yourself for lesser time consuming.
If you wish to return the watch after 7 days, you will be refunded with restocking fee of 10%.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping is free for most of the countries around the world, <for non-free country list, please check our shipping page>. However, we provide shipping options for customers who has to deal with their customs charges.
For the Europe countries, we offer shipping from our Dispatch Office in the UK with additional charge of $25.00 USD. Since the package will be shipped off from the UK, customer will not have to deal with customs charges for receiving packages from oversea.
WOULD I LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS SUCH AS TAXES/DUTIES OR ANY OTHER HIDDEN CHARGES?
Should you opt for shipping from the US/UK, you will not have to pay a cent on receiving the package. Our check out page will be the last stage of amount you need to pay.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE WATCH TO ARRIVE FROM THE TIME I ORDER?
Please allow 24-36 hours for your payment to be approved. Once payment is final, your products will be sorted, sent to final QA, then to packing. For free shipping, you will receive the package in 7-10 business days. For shipping from the UK office, please allow 10-14 business days after payment has been approved.

North America – All States and Canada.
South America – We Deliver to Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Argentina
Europe – We Deliver to The United Kingdom, France, Italy, Greece, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia and Belgium.
Middle East and Asia – We Deliver to Kuwait, Dubai and Japan.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD?
If your shipping address does not match with your billing address, you will need to verify that you are the payment or credit card holder. We will require a self asserted photocopy of your credit card. This is to avoid the fraudulent attempt and to protect the real credit card owner.
